Full Refund: Cancel 14+ Days Before
If you cancel at least 14 days before your charter date, you receive a full refund—no questions asked. This applies to every boat in our fleet, from the €749/2h Astondoa 40 to the €4,719/4h Mangusta 80. Notify us in writing via WhatsApp or email, and we'll process the refund within 48 hours. This window gives you plenty of time to adjust plans without financial loss.
50% Refund or Reschedule: 7–13 Days Notice
Cancel between 7 and 13 days before your charter, and you can choose a 50% refund or reschedule to any available date in 2029 at no extra cost. Rescheduling is subject to availability, but we'll do our best to accommodate you. This option works well if you're unsure about your plans but still want to enjoy a day on the water later in the season.
Less Than 7 Days: No Refund, But Reschedule Possible
Cancellations within 7 days of your charter are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule to another date in 2029, subject to availability, for a €200 administrative fee. Weather Cancellations: Full Refund or Free Reschedule
If port authorities close the sea due to high winds, storms, or rough conditions, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule. We monitor weather forecasts closely and will inform you at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Your safety is our priority, and we never charter in unsafe conditions. This clause applies to all departures from Puerto Banús.
Skipper or Boat Issues: We Cover It
If we cancel due to skipper illness or mechanical breakdown, you get a full refund or a free reschedule to any available date in 2029. This is rare—our fleet of 17 boats, including the Azimut 58 Flybridge and Ferretti 94, is well-maintained—but we cover it so you have zero risk. You'll never lose money because of our operational issues.
No-Shows: No Refund
If you don't show up on the day of your charter, no refund or reschedule is available. If you're running late, contact us via WhatsApp immediately. We may be able to delay departure by up to 30 minutes, but the charter time is not extended. Arrive at Puerto Banús at least 15 minutes early to avoid issues.
