Deposit and balance – how it works
To confirm any booking, we require a 50% deposit. This applies to all boats in our fleet, from the Astondoa 40 (€749/2h) to the Mangusta 80 (€4,719 minimum 4h). The remaining 50% is due 7 days before your charter date. For last-minute bookings made within that week, the full amount is taken at the time of booking. This structure gives you flexibility while securing your preferred vessel and slot.
Accepted payment methods
We accept two payment methods: bank transfer and credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). All card payments are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant gateway – we never store your card details. Bank transfers are handled via standard secure banking channels. We do not accept cash or American Express. If you need to split the payment across two cards, just let us know at booking and we'll arrange it.
What's included in the price – no hidden fees
Every charter price includes: a licensed skipper, fuel, water, soft drinks, beer, white wine, cava, light snacks, insurance, safety equipment, and Spanish IVA (21%). There are no booking fees, service charges, or surcharges. The price you see is the price you pay. For example, a Tier A boat like the Azimut 39 costs €749 for 2 hours inclusive of everything. For Tier B boats like the Mangusta 80, the minimum 4-hour charter (€4,719) also includes a free jet ski.
Cancellation and refund policy
We offer a straightforward cancellation policy: free cancellation up to 14 days before your charter. Between 14 and 7 days, you receive a 50% refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of departure are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. To cancel, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email – we'll process the refund within 5 working days.
