Standard 4-hour party itinerary
- 14:00 Boarding at Puerto Banús, ice loaded, drinks chilled, BYO stowed.
- 14:30 Cast off, cruise west towards Estepona along the Golden Mile.
- 15:15 Anchor at Río Verde or off Marbella Club, swim ladder down, donut and SUP launched.
- 15:45 Skipper opens the music — DJ takes over if booked.
- 16:30 Optional tender to a beach club, or push further east to Cabopino.
- 17:30 Cruise back to Puerto Banús, slow lap of the harbour mouth for photos.
- 18:00 Disembark, taxis or walk to dinner.
Stag and hen specifics
Stag and hen weekends in Marbella usually combine the boat party with one of three add-ons:
- Jet-ski session tied to the charter — skipper coordinates pickup, €60–€90/person.
- Beach club entry at Nikki Beach, Ocean Club or Sala Beach — the boat tenders the group ashore, you spend 90 minutes, then re-board. Beach club entry is separate (€50–€150 minimum spend per head).

What you can and can't do
Yes: BYO alcohol on private charters, loud music at anchor outside marina limits, jumping off the boat at the anchor stop, costume changes on board, inflatable swans, drone photography (your own pilot). No: glass on deck (cans and plastic only on most boats), confetti or anything that ends up in the water (Spanish marina fines are punishing), open flames (no shisha or candles), drugs (the skipper will return to port and the deposit is forfeit). Spanish maritime alcohol law applies to the skipper, not guests — but be sensible.
Best months for a Marbella boat party
Late June through early September is peak — water at 22–24 °C, long daylight, the marina scene at full volume. July is the busiest single month. Mid-September keeps the warmth and drops the price 10–15%. May, June and October work for groups happy with 19–21 °C water (swims are shorter but everything else still flies). Outside that window party charters still run but the on-deck temperature won't sustain a long anchor stop.
