Marbella isn’t just about sun and sea—it’s also one of Spain’s most exciting wine destinations. A wine tasting yacht Marbella charter combines the luxury of a private boat with the rich flavours of Andalusia. Depart from Puerto Banús, sip fino sherry as the sun sets over La Concha, and anchor off Cala Cortés with a glass of Ronda red. We handle everything: the skipper, the drinks, the snacks, and the navigation. You just bring your palate.
Why combine wine tasting with a yacht charter?
Andalusia produces some of Spain’s most distinctive wines—from the dry, saline finos of Jerez to the bold, high-altitude reds of Ronda. Tasting these vintages on the water elevates the experience: the sea air sharpens your senses, and the views of the Costa del Sol provide a stunning backdrop. A Marbella yacht charter lets you explore coves, swim in crystal-clear water, and enjoy a curated wine flight—all without leaving the boat.
Our wine tasting packages
We offer two standard wine-tasting options, both fully customisable via WhatsApp:
- Andalusian Sampler (€749/2h) – Includes 3 wines (fino, oloroso, Ronda red), olives, almonds, and manchego. Perfect for a short sunset sail from Puerto Banús.
- Premium Tasting (€2,299/8h) – Full-day charter with 5 wines, Iberian ham, tapas, and a dedicated wine host. Includes swimming stops at Cala del Faro or Cabopino.
Both packages include a licensed skipper, fuel, soft drinks, beer, cava, and all taxes (21% IVA).
Which boat suits your wine-tasting group?
Our fleet departs from Puerto Banús. For intimate tastings, the Bandido (11.5m, 8 pax) or Red Tide (11m, 6 pax) offer a cosy, social setting. For larger groups, the Azimut 58 Flybridge (17.6m, 12 pax) has a spacious saloon and flybridge perfect for wine service. All boats include shaded seating, a sound system, and a cooler for your bottles.
Andalusian wines you’ll sample
We rotate our selection based on season and availability, but expect these classics:
- Fino (Jerez) – Dry, crisp, perfect with seafood. A classic Marbella apéritif.
- Oloroso (Jerez) – Nutty, rich, pairs with aged cheese.
- Ronda Tinto – Bold red from the Serranía de Ronda, notes of dark fruit and spice.
- Málaga Dulce – Sweet dessert wine from Moscatel grapes, ideal with chocolate.
For a full tasting, we can arrange a sommelier-led session (€150 extra) that dives into the region’s wine history.
